Recite Surah Al-Kawthar three times with
Durood
Shareef before and after reciting it and
blow it on the person, on the food he/
she eats, the water he/she drinks, etc. If
blowing directly isn't possible, then close your eyes and believe the person is
in front of you and blow it.
